Mitch has over 30 years of experience supporting people with complex needs and is dedicated to delivering high-quality therapeutic and behaviour support. He is passionate about rights-based, person-centred practice that creates meaningful and lasting change. His areas of expertise include complex needs, developmental trauma, disrupted attachment, intellectual disability, disability forensic, out-of-home care, and support for children, adolescents, and adults.

Manager Training and Therapeutics

VIC and NSW - Statewide

Steph has over 20 years of experience across the disability, community, and education sectors and is dedicated to empowering people of all ages and abilities to reach their full potential. She works collaboratively with families and teams to create meaningful, lasting change that enhances wellbeing, reduces restrictive practices, and strengthens relationships. Her areas of expertise include autism, intellectual disability, out-of-home care, adults, and dual diagnosis.

Amber

Therapeutic Behaviour Support Practitioner

VIC - Gippsland East

Amber brings warmth, creativity, and a deep commitment to person-centred, strength-based practice. She is passionate about positive support that fosters wellbeing and resilience for participants and their carers. Her expertise includes education and school settings, supporting children and young people, and providing tailored support for Autism Spectrum Disorder, sensory needs, and visual communication.

Anneke

Therapeutic Behaviour Support Practitioner

VIC - Melbourne Southeast

Anneke is passionate about supporting families and formal supports through collaboration to create the best possible quality of life outcomes for individuals. With extensive experience in the prison and forensic sectors, as well as supporting people with dual disability, she is committed to helping people thrive and access the right supports to meet their needs. Her areas of expertise include children and families, complex behaviour, dual disability, forensic disability, and intellectual disability.

Therapeutic Behaviour Support Practitioner

VIC - Loddon Mallee

Aletta brings a strong forensic background and a deep understanding of youth justice, autism, and neurobiology to her practice. She is passionate about creating positive change through evidence-based, person-centred approaches that promote understanding, growth, and long-term wellbeing. Aletta works collaboratively with individuals and their support networks to build capacity, reduce risk, and support meaningful, sustainable outcomes.

Abi brings a background in art therapy and a creative, therapeutic approach to her work. She is deeply curious about each person’s unique story and uses engaging, person-centred strategies to foster connection, growth, and positive change. Abi’s warm and reflective style supports individuals to express themselves, build resilience, and enhance wellbeing, while also working collaboratively with teams to strengthen understanding and promote consistent, therapeutic support.

Hayley is passionate about meeting people where they are in their unique journey and working alongside them to create meaningful, positive change. With nearly 15 years of experience supporting children with diverse abilities, their families, and teams across school, home, and community settings, she brings deep understanding and compassion to her practice. Hayley has a strong foundation in sensory needs, emotional regulation, and building socio-emotional capacity.

VIC and NSW - Central and Northwest

Jo brings extensive experience supporting people of all ages and abilities, particularly young children, through compassionate and practical behaviour support. She is passionate about understanding each person as a whole, embracing their rights, and working collaboratively with the people who support them. Jo’s areas of expertise include child development and trauma-informed practice, with a strong focus on creating meaningful, person-centred outcomes that promote growth and wellbeing.

Therapeutic Behaviour Support Assistant

VIC - Gippsland

Jack brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to behaviour support, with a strong commitment to person-centred practice and ensuring every voice in the care team is heard. He is passionate about supporting meaningful positive change and empowering participants to achieve their goals. Jack has a particular interest in supporting adults experiencing schizophrenia and children presenting with externalising behaviours. Alongside his psychology studies, he brings curiosity, empathy, and genuine enthusiasm to his work.
