As Inclusive Therapeutics continues to grow across Victoria, we're committed to ensuring people can access Therapeutic Behaviour Support from practitioners who understand their local communities.
Through our Network Practice Model, every practitioner is connected to a wider team of experienced professionals. This means that while you'll build a relationship with a dedicated local practitioner, you'll also benefit from the shared knowledge, experience, and support of an entire network.
The result is support that is local, connected, and grounded in collaboration, helping us deliver the best possible outcomes for the people, families, and communities we serve.

Pods, Hubs, and Satellites
Our unique model ensures that participants are never isolated:
Pods – small, local teams of practitioners in the same area
Hubs – coordinated Pods led by an experienced lead practitioner
Satellites – individual practitioners connected to a nearby Pod or Hub
This structure means every participant benefits from a connected, collaborative team, even when only one practitioner is directly involved.
